A federal judge has postponed the pre-trial of suspected terrorist Christopher Cornell to May 29.
The original pre-trial was scheduled for April 10. Prosecutors requested the delay to ensure Cornell's right to a fair trial, while protecting classified federal information.
Cornell was arrested in January outside a Colerain Township gun shop allegedly plotting to bomb the U.S. Capitol. The 21-year-old told FOX19 NOW in an one-hour long interview that he had intentions to kill the president and other politicians.
Cornell is currently being held in the Boone County Jail.
