Diver left adrift sues boat crew that left him off Catalina
A diver who says he was left at sea has sued a California diving company for four million dollars. Daniel Carlock Junior alleges Ocean Adventures left him off Santa Catalina Island last April, then lied about his location. He says that delayed his rescue for five hours. Carlock eventually was rescued by Boy Scouts in the area. Carlock, who's 46, claims he developed skin cancer as a result of extended exposure to the sun that day.
