Cincinnati City Manager, Harry Black, has offered a place to land for frustrated Indiana business leaders stemming from the controversial Religious Freedom Restoration Act.

Black has written letters to the CEOs of three companies: Angie's List, Yelp and Salesforce. The letters invited the companies to move their operations to Cincinnati.

"The City of Cincinnati is extremely well positioned for growth, as it is a dynamic economy in the heart of the United States," said Black in the letters.

The City Manager also stated Cincinnati received a 100 percent rating on diversity and inclusion from the Human Rights Campaign.
