LEXINGTON, KY (FOX19) - In front of media, family and friends on Thursday afternoon, seven Kentucky players announced they will enter their name in the 2015 NBA draft.

The seven players include Freshman forward Karl-Anthony Towns, Freshman guard Devin Booker, Freshman forward Trey Lyles, Sophomore guards Aaron and Andrew Harrison, Sophomore center Dakari Johnson and Junior forward Willie Cauley-Stein.

“It's the start of something big for all of us,” said Cauley-Stein, who averaged 8.9 points per game during Kentucky's 38-1 run.

UK not only loses its top seven scorers to the draft, they also lose 83 percent of their offense heading into the 2015-16 season.

Tyler Ulis is the only Wildcats freshman returning next season.  Junior forward Alex Poythress, who missed most of the season with an injury, is still undecided on his future.
