Second arrest made in March homicide

WESTWOOD, OH (FOX19) - A second suspect was arrested Friday in connection with a homicide from March. 

Police arrested Drakkar Harris, 19, and charged him with aggravated murder and robbery in the death of 23-year-old Eric Scroggins.

Harris also faces an escape charge for allegedly attempting to flee while shackled in the police cruiser, according to court documents.

Cincinnati police responded on March 16 to the 3300 block of Epworth Avenue for a report of a person shot. 

Upon arriving on scene, police say Scroggins was located in the street.  He was transported to University of Cincinnati Medical Center where he died from his injuries.

Luther Drake, 18, was charged on April 9 with murder in the shooting death of Scroggin.
