Two accidents caused major backups on I-75 South in Cincinnati and into northern Kentucky Friday morning.
According to the traffic report, the vehicle was traveling south on I-75 when the driver failed to maintain control of the vehicle and crashed the concrete median.
The southbound lanes at Ezzard Charles were shut down for several hours after a semi-truck crashed into the median, spilling over to the northbound lanes.
Officials say the driver, 58-year-old Cleotis Hatch, of Miamisburg, was cited for failure to maintain control.
A second crash in Covington shut down I-71/75 South just off the Brent Spence Bridge around 4 a.m.. Officials say a jackknifed semi-truck and motorcycle were involved in that accident.
One person was transported to the hospital with unknown injuries.
Both accidents have been cleared and all lanes are open.

Two people are dead and a third person is missing and feared dead in a house fire in Bethel early Tuesday, according to Clermont County Sheriff Steve Leahy.
The woman says the coyote attacked her 10 or 15 times, leaving her with many deep injuries.
