Rolf stopped by FOX19 NOW to give a taste of what to expect from his kitchen. Here's his recipe for Sun Dried Tomato & Shallot Macaroni and Cheese:
White Cheddar Macaroni and Cheese
2 oz Sun Dried Tomato Julienne
1 oz Sautéed Shallots Julienne
3 oz Cooked Cavatappi Pasta
4 oz. Shredded White Cheddar
1pt. Gallon Heavy Cream
1 pt. Gallon Half & Half
1/4tsp. Chopped Garlic
1/4tsp. Diced Onion
pinch Cayenne Pepper
T.T. Salt & Pepper Mix
Bring all Dairy and seasonings to a simmer, Wisk in Shredded Cheese and whisk until completely. Stir until it comes back to a simmer and thickens
