A 55-year-old woman is expected to recover after she was struck by a vehicle on U.S. 42 near Interstate 275 early Monday, Sharonville police said.
Muktaben Patel of Sharonville was crossing the road in front of White Castle when she was hit by a southbound vehicle just before 5:30 a.m.
She suffered a broken arm and minor head injury.
The motorist of the striking vehicle stopped and is cooperating with the investigation.
There is no crosswalk in the intersection, and the light was green at the time of the accident, police said.
No charges have been filed.
