The Paige's Princess Run 5K is next month and will benefit the Occupational and Physical Therapies department at Cincinnati Children's Hospital.

The race begins at Wyandot Elementary School in Liberty Township and ends with a carnival filled with food, games, bounce houses and, of course, princesses.

Paige's Princess Foundation is a non-profit named in honor of Paige Allesandro, who passed away in 2010 at the age of six. The group offers grants to finance equipment and therapeutic services to pediatric patients with lifelong disabilities.

The first Princess Run in 2011 saw more than 1,000 people in attendance and raised over $31,000 for Cincinnati Children's Hospital.
