A man is in police custody following a SWAT response to a domestic dispute between siblings early Friday.
Jesse Rockman was taken into custody around 11:30 a.m. after fleeing a residence in the 8100 block of Hollybrook Court.
Officers responded to the home around 9:30 a.m., when a woman said her brother threatened her, initial emergency communication reports indicated.
Rockman had refused to come out of the home.
The woman ran out of the residence and told authorities he was armed with a large kitchen knife.
By 10 a.m., authorities said he escaped the residence. He was picked up on a nearby street, according to Colerain Township officials.
Rockman had threatened "suicide by cop", is known to use heroin and has access to guns, according to police.
Officials are investigating and say more information will be released later Friday.
