Lockland man who sparked SWAT standoff faces new charges

LOCKLAND, OH (FOX19) - The Lockland man accused of shooting at two teenagers who were trying to escape from a pit bull by jumping into his pickup truck, now faces additional charges after sparking a SWAT standoff.

Police say after the standoff situation on April 20 they found a M10 .45 caliber automatic machine pistol with a silencer, less than 100 grams of marijuana and a large colored bong in the home of 35-year-old Buddy Struckman.

Struckman faces new charges of two counts of unlawful possession of a dangerous ordinance, possession of drugs and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia. He had originally been charged with inducing panic and aggravated menacing after the standoff situation.

He will be arraigned Monday at 9 a.m.
