CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - A fourth person is under arrest accused in an elaborate plot to burglarize a Mount Washington home.

Christian Adams, 28, was arrested Wednesday and is facing charges of conspiracy for helping plan an aggravated burglary.

According to the complaint, Adam was seen on a store surveillance video purchasing a box of .45 caliber ammunition and a bandana which he provided to his co-defendants.  In addition, police say Adams was present during the planning of the burglary plot.

Cincinnati Police foiled the elaborate burglary plot after they arrested 18-year-old David Morad, of Anderson Township on April 7.  Police say he was armed with a semi-automatic handgun and had masks, surgical gloves, zip ties and duct tape in his vehicle when officers stopped him for suspicious behavior. He was stopped one block away from the residence he allegedly planned to burglarize.

Morad was charged with conspiracy, carrying a concealed weapon, drug and criminal tool possession.

According to court documents, Morad held planning meetings and purchased supplies to execute the crime.

The teen “scouted the location of the offense, and conducted trial runs of the planned offense that included locations to park, avenues of approach, contingency plans if something went wrong and plans for escape,” state a Hamilton County complaint.

Officials also found in Morad's vehicle an axe and sizzurp – a mixture of codeine, soda and cough syrup, documents say.

David's twin sister, 18-year-old Alexis Morad, was arrested on April 9 and charged with obstructing justice and tampering with evidence.

Ms. Morad was “recorded on a taped phone line at the HCJC receiving info and instructions from David Morad to erase electronic media data and physical evidence connected to the offense David Morad is accused of,” documents state.

The complaint goes on to say, “Alexis Morad verbally confirmed with David Morad that she had done so as requested.”

On April 26, Dominique Sims, 19, was arrested charged with conspiracy to commit an aggravated robbery, according to police records.
