CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -

Cincinnati police reopened Fountain Square and streets around after they shut them down for nearly an hour to investigate a suspicious object early Thursday. 

A large duffel bag was found chained to a bike rack shortly after 8:30 a.m.

A bomb-sniffing K-9 swept the square with a handler and finished by 9:15 a.m.

Police found a skateboard or some type of scooter inside by 9:25 a.m.
