The Cincinnati Bengals announced on Sunday they have signed five players, including former Ohio State quarterback Terrelle Pryor, after Rookie Mini-Camp.

Pryor was drafted in the third round of the 2011 Supplemental Draft by the Oakland Raiders. The Raiders traded Pryor to the Seattle Seahawks in 2014. He was released by the Seahawks and picked up by the Kansas City Chiefs in January but was cut on May 5.

"Terrelle has a presence. This is not his first rodeo," said head coach Marvin Lewis.   He's been with Hue (Jackson) before. He has a calmness about him. That goes to show how important this is to him."

"I fit well. I just think it comes down to the relationship with my coaches" said Pryor. "As a quarterback, I don't feel like I ever had a good relationship with my coaches in the NFL, besides when I was with Hue (Jackson) the firs time. So, I think it's huge to have a relationship and fit with the (offensive coordinator) to talk with him on any level."

Four of the five players signed are rookies. Seventh round selection Mario Alford, wide receiver from West Virginia University, is the first 2015 draftee by the Bengals to sign with the club.

Tight end John Peters (Mount St. Joeseph and Lakota West High School), defensive tackle Kalafitoni Pole (Washington St. University) and safety Erick Dargan (University of Oregon) all signed as undrafted free agents.
