National Bike to Work Week runs Monday through Friday.

Help conserve the environment by ditching your car and pedaling to the office.

The week is intended to promote the use of bicycles for commuting. Experts say bikes eliminate parking hassles and reduce air pollution. They also provide great exercise and relief from rush hour gridlock.

As part of Bike Safety month in May, the Queen City Bike club is giving out free bicycle lights this month.
