The Sedamsville mother accused of videotaping her 12-year-old child driving a car with her two younger siblings in the backseat entered a guilty plea on Tuesday.

Sophia Henderson, 28, faced Hamilton County Municipal Court Judge Bernie Bouchard and pleaded guilty to child endangerment and charges related to an OVI offense.

Henderson was released following her arrest late last year, but she returned to the jail after she was arrested again in April on several new charges. They include child endangering, operating a vehicle while under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, and failure to comply with police, court records show.

Cincinnati police pulled over her tan, 2000 Mazda Protege on State Avenue April 8. She also was charged in connection with a hit-skip earlier that day on Main Street.

Henderson is now familiar to Cincinnati police.

Back in December, they charged her with permitting her 12-year-old son to drive a vehicle near their Hillside Avenue residence.

At the time, her two other children, ages 3 and 7, were in the backseat while she captured it all on video, court records show.

"This n***** think he the s*** because he knows how to drive and s*** before he a teenager. N***** ain't even 13 yet," Henderson said on the videotape, obtained FOX19 NOW.

The footage shows her sitting in the passenger seat, with her son behind the wheel. Her younger daughters, 7 and  3, are visible in the backseat.

The video made it clear the child has operated a vehicle before.

"How old was you when you learned to drive?" said Henderson.

When her son replied, "11," Henderson responded with "you a damn liar, you was 9, mother ******."

The weather in her son's latest joyride last month wasn't ideal.

"Look we rollin in this b**** and it's raining," said Henderson.

Henderson is held at the county jail on $48,000 bond.
