Walnut Hills, Highlands ranked as top schools in state

CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -

Four Greater Cincinnati and two Northern Kentucky schools were ranked as top-10 high schools for their respective states, according to the 2015 rankings from U.S. News and World Report.

Walnut Hills High School was ranked first in Ohio and 65th nationally. Indian Hill High School was second (102 nationally), Wyoming High School ranked fourth (151) and Mariemont High School was ranked 10th (259).

Highlands High School (197) comes in the top-spot for all Kentucky schools. Beechwood is ranked third (333).

The schools are graded by four categories: Student/teacher ratio, college readiness, algebra and english.
