Fire crews investigate Pleasant Ridge four-unit apartment fire

PLEASANT RIDGE, OH (FOX19) -

Cincinnati fire officials are investigating what caused $20,000 worth of damage to a Pleasant Ridge home Saturday.

Crews responded to a one-alarm fire inside a four-unit apartment on Welton Street near Bantry Avenue at around 7:34 p.m. 

Officials say neighbors called 911 after seeing smoke and flames from the first floor of the brick building.

According to authorities, no tenants were home at the time of the fire.  One person was displaced and is being houses by family members.

No one was injured.
