MIDDLETOWN, OH (FOX19) – -

Police in this Butler County city are searching for a drug-addicted suspect accused of scamming churches, businesses and residents.

George Radenheimer is accused of approaching church and business operators and people on the street for cash. He says he needs the money because he is homeless and has two daughters, police wrote on their Facebook page.

He specifically requests cash for motel rooms and for electricity at a house so his girls don't have to sleep in a park.

Radenheimer is described as white, 6-foot-6 and about 220 pounds. He is bald with blue eyes.

Anyone who has been approached or scammed by him is asked to contact Middletown police: 513-425-7736.

If you see him, alert police immediately by calling dispatchers: 513-425-7700.
