Put 2# of butter 2 cups of whirl in tilt skillet add raw vegetables saute @ 325 

Until tender add cooked diced chicken and sausage, add spices.Thoroughly mix and heat all ingredients.When hot add 1 #10 can of tomato sauce and 1 #10 can of diced tomatos add water and bring to a boil . when mixture boils add rice .Sseason with a teaspoon of Tabasco and a teaspoon of Red Hot Sauce
