Police search for Hebron bank robbery suspect

HEBRON, KY (FOX19) -

Police are searching for a suspect who robbed a Hebron bank Friday morning.

The suspect allegedly robbed the U.S. Bank branch at around 11:25 a.m. located in the 2100 block of North Bend Road north of the Interstate 275 interchange. 

Officials say the suspect told the teller he was armed and fled with an undisclosed amount of cash.

Police describe the suspect as a white male, between 25 and 35 years old, wearing dark rimmed glasses, a dark colored sock hot with a gray strip, gray t-shirt with a small white logo on the left chest and dark colored pants. 

He is believed to be operating a red compact sedan, possibly a Honda Civic, officials said.
