With almost a year left until the streetcar launches in Cincinnati, the public can learn more about the project Tuesday.
A town hall meeting will be held 7 p.m. at the Mercantile Library, 414 Walnut St.
Vice Mayor David Mann will give an update on the streetcar project, and then the public can ask questions.
Other guest speakers will include Eric Avner, vice president of the Haile/US Bank Foundation; John Schneider, chairman of the Alliance for Regional Transit and Ryan Messer, OTR Community Council president.
They are expected to discuss the Cincinnati Street Railway, a new nonprofit focused on making the streetcar as successful as possible.
Organizers with the group Believe in Cincinnati are putting on this town hall meeting.
They are the same group that pushed for the streetcar project in 2013.
