It's going to be a long weekend for Pete Beck.

The embattled former state lawmaker's two-month-long securities fraud trial is winding down.

Hamilton County Common Pleas Court Judge John Andrew West is expected to announce if Beck is guilty or innocent at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday.

The embattled former state lawmaker faces up to 102 years in prison on a whopping 59 criminal charges including engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity, perjury and money laundering.

The Republican quit his state legislative seat late last year.

Co-conspirators who were indicted with Beck in connection with the activities involving Ohio software company Christopher Technologies LLC and CTech have taken plea deals and are expected to testify against him.
