School Lunch Food Recall

A company that sends low-cost and free lunches to children at school is recalling about 350,000 pounds of food because it could have pieces of glass in it.

The food is distributed to the National School Lunch Program, and Schwan Foods tells Fox19 that some of its product was sent to schools in Hamilton County.

Included in the recall is:

9.75 pound cases of "coyote grill" 3''x4''x1'' taco chalupa cheese, cooked beef patty crumbles and sauce in a taco shell. Each case bears the date code 384313 or 384314.

15.75 pound cases of "minh, egg rolls with pork & vegetable protein product." Each case bears the date code 384313 or 384315.
