GREEN TOWNSHIP, OH (FOX19) -

A federal judge has delayed the court proceeding for the Green Township terror suspect accused of plotting to blow up the United States Capitol in support of ISIS.

Christopher Cornell has pleaded not guilty to four counts, including attempted murder of U.S. officials and employees.

On Monday a U.S. district court judge scheduled a status conference for Nov. 10. Both sides are deciding expert witnesses and reviewing potential evidence in a case that involves classified information, according to court documents.

Cornell pleaded not guilty to all four charges despite telling FOX19 NOW's Tricia Macke about his plans to wage jihad.
