Flight Quarantined

Mystery illness sickens passenger; delays others on Frontier Airlines jet

Officials are still baffled over a mysterious illness that forced a quarantine on a passenger jet in Denver. A woman on Frontier Airlines' Flight 449 became ill during a flight from Philadelphia to Denver. An in-flight medical consulting firm wasn't able to determine what she had so, as a precaution, the 80 passengers were kept on board for more than 90 minutes after the plane landed in Denver. The woman, who apparently had a rash, was taken to the hospital and the passengers were allowed to go, after doctors determined she was not contagious.
