Police charge Florence man who allegedly left child unattended in car

FLORENCE, KY (FOX19) -

Police have charged a man that allegedly left his child in a car unattended after a video of the incident was posted on Facebook Monday. 

Florence police arrested Nathaniel A. Galloway, 38, after he allegedly left his child unattended in a vehicle in a parking lot on Connector Drive.

Galloway was charged with endangering the welfare of a minor and was also arrested on an unrelated warrant. He was transported to the Boone County Detention Center.

In the provided video above, a bystander films his interaction with the unattended child.  The bystander asks the child if he is "OK" and the child nods his head. The bystander also interacts with Galloway after he returns to his car.
