New OTR bar lets you relive the 80s and 90s

OVER-THE-RHINE, OH (FOX19) - A new bar in Over-The-Rhine will take you back to the 80s and 90s with their drinks and retro feel arcade games.

16-Bit Bar+Arcade will open Friday at Mercer Commons, 1331 Walnut St. The bar will be open 4 p.m.-2:30 a.m. Monday-Friday and noon-2:30 a.m. Saturday-Sunday.

The bar offers will offer classic arcade games like Donkey Kong, Street Fighter, Ms. Pack-Man and more.

In addition, the bar will serve up hand crafted cocktails that are named after old-school icons such as Macho Man Randy Savage, Hulk Hogan, Bill Nye, Molly Ringwald and Steve Urkel. Drinks like the Macho Man are served with a side of a Slim Jim, the Hulk Hogan is served with an original Bomb Pop popsicle and the Kevin Bacon is served with real bacon jerky.



If you aren't a fan of cocktails, the bar will also offer a fine selection of craft beer on draft and in cans.

The bar has opened locations in Columbus and in Cleveland.  Cincinnati will be the chain's third location.
