EVANSTON, OH (FOX19) -

 A man is held at the Hamilton County jail on a $1.5 million bond after police say he ordered a victim to strip at gunpoint and then started firing.

Jerome Davis, 28, is scheduled to face a judge Friday on charges of felonious assault, aggravated robbery and illegally having firearm.

According to court records, Davis jumped from a car on Kinney Avenue near Fairfield Avenue and pointed a loaded handgun at the victim;

He repeatedly ordered him to strip off his clothing and threatened to shoot if he didn't.

Davis got back in the car, and that's when police say he squeezed off three to four shots at the man as he fled the scene.
