GREEN TOWNSHIP, OH (FOX19) - Four to five men armed with guns kicked in an elderly woman's front door and ordered her lay on the ground face down while they ransacked her home late Thursday.

The victim called 911 and her grandson for help once the suspects fled her Benken Lane home about 11:40 p.m.

"I've just been robbed," she told the dispatcher.

She said the men knocked loudly on her front door after she was in bed, but she got up to answer it.

That's when they kicked it in.

"They made me lay on the floor," she told the dispatcher.

"Are you the only one there?"

"I was at the time," she said. "My grandson's here now."

"How many were there?"

"There were three or four. They made me lay down right away. I counted three at least, maybe four," she said.

"Do you need medical attention? Are you hurt?"

"I'm not hurt. I'm just shaking," the woman said. Later, she added: "I  kind of had to compose myself. I thought I was going to pass out."

"I understand," the dispatcher reassured her. "Did they say anything that might give you information who they were or why they might have picked your home?"

"They kept asking me where the money was and I said I didn't have any money in the house. I don't know."

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers: 513-352-3040.
