Since the incident, three people have been charged with in connection with the arson.

The suspect who was caught in the river was Joshua Kash, 30, of Franklin, was initially charged with inducing panic and now has been charged with arson, according to officials.

James Wilson, 28, of Franklin, and Tyler Webb, 26, of Middletown, were both arrested and charged with arson.

All three suspects will be arraigned in the Franklin Municipal Court on Tuesday at 3 p.m.
