CINCINNATI (FOX19) -

The Bengals home turf transforms into a yoga studio on Saturday for a fundraiser benefiting the Freestore Foodbank.

Yogis are invited to bring their mats to Paul Brown Stadium for the first ever NamasDey. The yoga session starts at 10 a.m. and costs $10.

The one-hour class is led by instructors from the Yoga Bar and is open to all skill levels.

“The class will consist of standing and seated postures to enhance strength and flexibility and end with seated meditation and mindful breathing,” states the Bengals web site.

Online registration is open until Friday. Parking for the event, sponsored by Viva Vantage, will be available for $5. Participants are also encouraged to bring non-perishable food items to donate to the Freestore Foodbank.

Head to the Bengals website to register.
