CINCINNATI (FOX19) -

A man is accused of publicly exposing himself on the same day he appeared in court for a separate public indecency charge.

James Robinson, 38, exposed and touched himself in front of children inside the Washington Park women's restroom on May 15, court documents state.

A witness told police that the “children ran off screaming,” according to a complaint filed with the Hamilton County Municipal Court.

Robinson pleaded guilty and was released with probation on Monday. Police then arrested him later that day after he allegedly exposed himself in a public place.

During his Tuesday morning court appearance, the county prosecutor said Robinson has an extensive criminal record and called him a burden to the downtown community.

Robinson is charged with public indecency and held at the Hamilton County Justice Center.
