UPDATE: Endangered child dropped off at Reading PD

UPDATE: A child that went missing early Friday morning in Dayton, Ohio has been dropped off at the Reading Police Department, officials confirm.

The Reading PD says Navaeh Maupin was dropped off at the station around 5:20 p.m. Tuesday evening.  Officials say Navaeh was taken into care by Warren County Child Services.

Navaeh's mother, Alyssa Maupin, has not been located at this time. 

The Reading Police Department did not confirm who dropped off the 7-month-old.

Navaeh Maupin was last seen with her mother, 17-year-old Alyssa Maupin, who is also reported missing. The mother and daughter were last seen around 1:00 a.m. Friday morning in Dayton, Ohio.

Officials confirm they believe Navaeh could be in danger.

Navaeh is seven-months-old, with brown hair and brown eyes.

The Endangered Missing Child Advisory is in effect for the following counties: Montgomery, Butler, Clark, Darke, Greene, Miami, Preble and Warren.
