Three family members are accused of shooting up heroin with an 11-month-old baby boy in the car.
The infant's father, Tommy Poston, 30, of Park Hills, Kentucky; grandmother, Mary Baily 47, of Mt. Airy and aunt, Justeen McNamara, 25, of Green Township, all face child endangering charges.
Cincinnati police arrested them Tuesday night in the city's District 5 area. They were booked into the Hamilton County jail around 8:30 p.m.
All are expected to face a judge Wednesday morning.
The infant was not hurt. It is not clear who is taking care of him.
