Special delivery for Michael J. Ward. The chairman and CEO of CSX Corporation has about 35 pounds of concrete coming to him, courtesy of a former Fredericksburg, Virginia, councilman. Joe Wilson boxed up the bits of concrete and shipped them after they fell off a CSX railroad overpass in downtown Fredericksburg. He's trying to drive home the point that railroad bridges ought to be repaired before someone gets hurt. He says the chunks he found on the sidewalk beneath the overpass weighed up to 23 pounds. Wilson says when he went to ship them, a UPS employee asked him what was in the package. He replied, "It's a box of rocks." He says "she gave me a funny look."
