A 22-year-old woman died on Saturday in a tubing accident at Caesar Creek State Park.
Witnesses reported that Sabrina Perdue, of Fairborn, was wearing a life vest at the time of the incident, according to the Ohio Department of Natural Resources.
She died at Miami Valley Hospital after being transported by medical helicopter. An autopsy by the Montgomery County Coroner ruled drowning as her cause of death.
The cause of the accident was not immediately clear.
