SPRINGDALE, OH (FOX19) -

A Lebanon man described by police as a serial flasher with six prior convictions is accused of exposing himself once again, this time to teenagers at a local store.

Gerald Fornshell is held without bond at the Hamilton County jail on a felony public indecency charge. He faces a judge Tuesday.

According to Springdale police, Fornshell exposed himself to the girls, 16 and 17, Thursday at the Big Lots store off Princeton Pike and East Kemper Road.

He left, but police caught up with him shortly after inside a nearby Lowes store.

Fornshell admitted to police he encountered the girls inside Big Lots, court records show.

Once police took him into custody, they realized he was not wearing underwear under his jeans.
