An Oakley flag store owner has decided to continue to sell the Confederate flag, but not to display the flag prominently in the store.

Peter Kinderman is one the owners of Flaggs USA. He's said he's heard about the news of some national retailers pulling the controversial flag.

"We don't have that big of call for it just not our customer base," said Kinderman.

Outside of the American flag, sport team flags are Flaggs USA's biggest sellers.

EBay announced that it's banning the sale of Confederate flags and similarly themed merchandise on its website. Saying that the flag has become a symbol of quote "divisiveness and racism."

The giant online retailer notified sellers of its decision Tuesday and began removing items that contain the Confederate flag.

Wal-Mart, Amazon, Target and Sears are also doing away with the merchandise.

Kinderman said he's doesn't put the large Confederate flag on display. He's said it's on the shelf in a box with other historical flags.

"It's offensive to a large percent of the population out there and I understand that," said Kinderman.

Even though he hasn't pulled the few Confederate flags that he has on his shelves, Kinderman said he has no problem doing so in the future.
