WESTWOOD, OH (FOX19) -

Three men were hurt in two separate shootings overnight, Cincinnati police said.

Two men shot at each other and were injured in street robbery just after 11:30 p.m. Thursday.

Officers said the robbery victim was shot in the hand and the robbery suspect had a gunshot wound to his leg.

Nothing was stolen during the offense.

Then, shortly after 2 a.m., police responded to a report of a shooting at Findlay and Baymiller streets in the West End.

A man was found shot in the leg.

All of the shooting victims were taken to University of Cincinnati Medical Center. They are expected to recover.

The incidents are not connected.

No arrests were announced.

The shootings come as Cincinnati stands at a 10-year high for shootings, just weeks before hundreds of thousands of visitors converge on the city for the Major League Baseball All-Star Game and festivities.

City and police leaders planned to launch a 90-day anti-violence initiative earlier this week, but the slaying of Cincinnati's first officer to die in the line of duty in 15 years has delayed it for at least two weeks.
