A 46-year-old woman is accused of stabbing a relative or household member on the Fourth of July.
Dionne Porter is held on charges of felonious assault and domestic violence at the Hamilton County jail.
She is scheduled to face a judge at 9 a.m. Monday.
Cincinnati police have released few details so far about the alleged Saturday attack in Northside.
But Porter was indicted on a similar, domestic violence charge in October 2006. According to court records, she stabbed her husband in the throat with a box cutter, causing serious injury.
The charge was later dropped when the witness could not be located, court records show.
