NEWTOWN, OH (FOX19) -

Federal authorities raided Evans Landscaping off Round Bottom Road Tuesday.

A spokesman for the Cincinnati office of the FBI said Tuesday the agency is conducting "law enforcement activity" at the company.

Agents are in the midst of a criminal investigation with a sealed search warrant, an FBI spokesman told reporters at the scene.

Evans Landscaping's attorney, Benjamin Dusing, confirmed federal authorities conducted a search of several locations affiliated with the business. He said the company cooperated.

"Evans Landscaping has been given no indication that the company or any of its employees are a target of any investigation," Dusing said.

Company operations will continue as normal.
