Former Reporter Settlement

Convicted reporter agrees to $100,000 settlement

A former television reporter who pleaded guilty to four counts of sexual battery for having sex with four teen-age boys has agreed to pay 100-thousand dollars to settle a civil lawsuit.

Forty-five-year-old Stephen Hill was designated a sexual predator in December and was sentenced to five years in prison. He had been a reporter since 1989 at WCPO-TV in Cincinnati, until being fired last March after he was indicted.
