Four men now face charges in the May homicide of a 45-year-old man.
Cincinnati police say video evidence surfaced detailing their participation.
Shaundelle Graham, 26, was indicted this week on charges of murder, felonious assault, kidnapping and a gun offense.
He was arrested Wednesday, about a week after Maceo Feltha, 19, also was charged with murdering Leroy Brewster of Lincoln Heights.
Brewster was found shot to death outside a row of town homes off Roosevelt and Hamilton avenues just after 5 a.m. May 15.
Feltha is held in lieu of $1 million bond.
Two other men, Rodney Hayes, 23, and CeeJay Larkins, 21, were charged with complicity. They also were arrested last week and remain at the jail on high, cash-only bonds
