Motorcyclist killed in Westwood crash

WESTWOOD, OH (FOX19) - A motorcyclist was killed in a Westwood accident on Thursday.

Sanchaze Warren IV was operating a 1995 Kawasaki ZX-6 motorcycle south on Baltimore Ave. when he failed to maintain control and drove left of center, laid the motorcycle on its side, and struck a 2006 Chrysler 300 traveling north, according to police.

Authorities said Warren, 29, was not wearing a helmet when he crashed into Brittany Price, 26, who sustained minor injuries and was transported to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center by the Cincinnati Fire Department. Price was treated and released.

Warren was pronounced dead at the scene by the Hamilton County Coroner's Office.

Excessive speed appears to be a factor, according to officials. Impairment is unknown at this time.
