CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -
After Ariana Grande announced she was backing out of the All-Star concert this Saturday, one local company is letting her have it.
Cincy Shirts created a t-shirt reading "Cincinnati: No Donut Lickers Allowed," in light of Grande's now-infamous donut incident.
Grande came under fire Wednesday after she was quoted saying “I HATE Americans, I hate America," in a video. In the surveillance video from a California donut shop, a worker sets a large tray of donuts on the counter and Grande seemingly sticks her tongue on the pastries.
Grande suddenly pulled out of the All-Star Concert on Wednesday citing recent health issues. The 22-year-old had her wisdom teeth removed on Monday, according to a tweet.
The donut video went viral Tuesday and Grande issued what some called a "half-hearted" apology. She then apologized yet again in a four-minute video uploaded to YouTube. Neither apology mentioned Cincinnati or backing out of the All-Star Game concert.
Police and the Riverside County Department of Health are reportedly investigating the donut incident.
Cincy Shirts has partnered with Holtman's Donuts and anyone who buys the shirt will get a free donut coupon. The promotion will continue until the final out of the All-Star Game.
The shirt will be available in their retail store at 1435 Main Street starting Friday and they are available on their website.
