Six kids and two counselors are recovering tonight after getting sick at the Fort Thomas YMCA outdoor pool Friday.
An environmental health is investigating what exactly happened.
YMCA officials say the kids were taken to the hospital when lifeguards noticed several began coughing and some began vomiting.
Officials ruled out a chlorine leak and explosion, and now believe the problem wasn't in the pool at all. They're looking for another possible link between those that got sick.
The pool remains closed.
