CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -

Officials have arrested another man Wednesday in connection to the Fountain Square melee on July 4.

Tyre Burke, 18, was apprehended after he attempted to flee from officers down an apartment building's fire escape in Mt. Auburn, according to the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office.

Burke is charged with Aggravated Riots and Inducing Panic, both felony counts.

Also on Wednesday, Bond was set at $100,000 for another one of the suspects in the Fountain Square melee earlier this month.

Orlando Thomas, 18, was arrested Tuesday on charges of aggravated riot and inducing panic.

Thomas was indicted last week along with several others involved in the melee after a late night rap concert on July 4 near Fountain
Square.

Eight officers were patrolling the area when people started throwing bottles and fireworks at police.

About 60 officers responded, some in riot gear. Two officers were struck in the face and a Facebook video showed a man beaten on Fountain Square.

The Saturday night hip hop series at Fountain Square has now been canceled after 5 years because of the attacks.

To replace Saturday nights 3CDC  came out with something called the “The Summer Sampler”.

It will feature live music from country to indie to salsa. A full schedule hasn't been finished but it will come soon.
