HAMILTON, OH (FOX19) - Officials say the woman who allegedly robbed a Hamilton bank Wednesday may be connected to others in the Tri-State.
Wednesday's robbery happened at 11:42 a.m. at the Key Bank in the 1400 block of Main Street near Northwest Washington Boulevard in Hamilton.
According to officials, a black female, wearing all black clothing had entered the bank and passed a note to the teller demanding money. Officials say witnesses described the suspect as being in her mid 30's, five feet seven inches tall, heavy set, with black hair and brown eyes.
Authorities say that after the video of the robbery was received, detectives were able to tie the suspect to two other bank robberies in Springdale and the Colerain area, and another attempted bank robbery in Springdale. The Key Bank robbery was the fourth crime the suspect has committed.
Police departments in Hamilton, Springdale and Colerain Township are also working to identify the woman in the photos.
