A busy night for the Cincinnati Police Department as officers responded to two confirmed shootings less than an hour apart.
Crews were called to the first shooting near the 3,700 block of Reading Road around 10:30 p.m. Saturday night in Avondale. First responders found a man suffering from a gunshot wound on Forest Ave.
He was taken to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.
A suspect is not in custody at this time.
About 30 minutes later, a second shooting was reported near the intersection of Argus Road and Grandview Court in College Hill.
Police say a 27-year-old man was shot in the leg. He was taken to UC Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.
Investigators are looking for a suspect.
